This is the absolute best service department I have ever dealt with. Everything is so well organized and runs like clockwork. From the time you drive up to the time you leave you are kept aware of everything that is going on, no surprises. In addition to that, the waiting area is very comfortable, coffee ,tea, soft drinks, water and snacks are provided at no cost and all the employees who work there are courteous and professional. Went to pay the bill and get car. Directed to cashier by customer service rep. No one at window, stood there and waited. Customer service reps came and took care of 3 customers while I stood there.. got them paid up and their car. I could not stand anymore because of back.. like 12-15 minutes. No place to sit. Everything is always great except for the cost of items that need replaced. This is a Honda thing. All I needed was an up-and-down switch for my right passenger window and I have to purchase an entire unit which was $430+. Seems like I’m being punished for being a loyal Honda owner for the past 12 years.

Dealership stadf professional; Maintenance staff unable to resolve A/C comparessor firing about every 10 seconds. Refigerant was added, and the A/C is now cooling. Rhe continuous compressor firing is very annoying. I brought my 2026 Hondy Odyssey into rhe dealership, and the issue I reported was ignored. A manager drove my car and reported the A/C is functioning the way it was designed. I have owned four previous Honda Odysseys, none of which had a A/C compressor issues. Honda needs to fix the A/C compressor problem, which is under warranty.

I told the service writer that I wanted 5W-30 oil for my oil change which she told me that they do have it. Upon completion I reviewed the maintenance receipt and it stated 0W-20 oil. I brought it to her attention and after leaving for a brief period she returned and told me they do not carry 5W-20, only have 0W-20. This is unacceptable to me, in the future I will no longer be using Hilton Head Honda.

From the moment she approaches you, her pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge of the service department are immediately apparent. She is always incredibly helpful, and truthful no matter what I may need serviced relating to my Honda Accord. Abby is truly a five-star professional, and Hilton Head Honda ought to do whatever it takes to keep her on their team.
I drive one hour from Guyton, Georgia to Hilton Head Honda for their service department and staff. I have tried other Honda dealership's service departments, and there is just no comparison.

One if the best car purchasing experience that I have had. After making a bad used Volvo choice from a small car lot I was careful with this one checking the carfax, Recalls, inspections, etc. Jerome was patient, answered my questions on several cars and went above and beyond to help me choose my Pilot. The experience was pleasant up until the finance part, typical finance guy trying to push additional add ons annoying but it didn't take away from my overall experience.
