We purchased our new car from Hilton Head Honda 3 months ago. The service department reached out to offer us a complimentary 90 day service on the vehicle. The process was seamless from the initial call to set up the appointment to the follow up call to when the work was completed. Great communication and service. Well done guys.
Easy to schedule the service, an appointment available when it was convenient for me, constant and consistent communication from Abigail throughout the service appointment, timely completion of the work. Additional conversation about upcoming service requirements and scheduling. Could not have gone better.
Daniel was very helpful, especially with dealing with Fidelity Warranty Company. We were able to get two of the same tires and the car was ready early the next morning. If we experience any more problems we won’t hesitate to count on him or Hilton Head Honda! Great job!

Second, Eric Singleton in the service department is absolutely fantastic! 10/10 experience getting my tires rotated and oil changed, he even washed my car to perfection before he gave me my keys back! Outstanding sales department Brought extended maintenance contract when vehicle was purchased. Service Advisor initially advised the filters were starting to look rough, but refused to replace even though filters are covered under extended maintenance agreement. I believe purchasing the extended maintenance agreement was a waste of my money if dealership is not going to honor the terms of contract.

Due to my husband’s health status I’ve had to take in the duties of car maintenance. Hilton Head Honda has provided great and fair and courteous service. This last visit Jack Brester explained everything such as the service that will be needed a few months from now. He kindly answered my questions and then went with me to the car to show me how to access a few features. Good service. Good people.

Outstanding service! I just had my 2013 Honda Accord serviced and their service advisor Jack made it the easiest service I've ever had. My car needed a fair amount of work and it was done efficiently professionally and to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus they provide transportation from my home to the dealership both ways. Some folks are reluctant to have a dealer service their car. Not so! Hilton Head Honda is the best place to have your Honda serviced. No one could do it better!

I get excellent service at Hilton Head Honda. They are upfront with pricing and recommendations for needed service. I have had nothing but excellent service from their friendly team. They are usually quicker than their time estimate and the waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with refreshments. I would highly recommend them for service, and sales!

Eric Singleton is my go to guy in the service department. He’s professional efficient and he simplifies the service and repair process. I call Eric for all my service needs. He’s quick to return phone messages and has been extremely helpful on two specific occasions when I had vehicle trouble on the interstate and had to have my vehicle towed to Hilton Head Honda. His level of customer service is unmatched. I drive past two other Honda dealerships just to bring my car to Eric.

The difference between the estimate they give you and your final bill is huge. There are many undisclosed fees tacked on that inflates the final amount by about 25%. Will not go there again.
